If you are looking for a way to have greater involvement in your child’s education and greater control over the learning environment, the Emmett Academy virtual education offers both. The Verticy Learning option is also available as an intervention for students who struggle with reading, writing, or other language-based learning differences.

Calvert Virtual Academy (CVA)

CVA is an online option for Grades 6–8. The focus of CVA is to prepare students for high school. Your child is assigned a Homeroom teacher and online instructors to work with throughout the year. Additionally, students are given the opportunity to work with peers though live online clubs.

Idaho Homeschool Support Groups

Homeschool support groups in your state are an excellent way to gain more assistance and guidance in your homeschooling endeavors. A regional support group fosters a wonderful sense of community among homeschooling families and allows for more opportunities to exchange ideas, plan group outings, and share in the overall experience of homeschooling! While Calvert supports the development of community among homeschool families, this list does not constitute affiliation between Calvert School and the groups represented below.
