Arkansas Homeschool Support Groups
Homeschool support groups in your state are an excellent way to gain more assistance and guidance in your homeschooling endeavors. A regional support group fosters a wonderful sense of community among homeschooling families and allows for more opportunities to exchange ideas, plan group outings, and share in the overall experience of homeschooling! While Calvert supports the development of community among homeschool families, this list does not constitute affiliation between Calvert School and the groups represented below.
BELIEVERS HOME SCHOOL ASSOCIATION
Believers Home School Association provides support and assistance, disseminates legislative and other information, participates in sponsorship of conventions and educational seminars, and organizes public relation activities with state and federal officials.
HOME EDUCATORS OF LITTLE ROCK (HOME ED)
Home Ed is a local support group for Little Rock area homeschoolers. Currently, our group is made up of over 400 families and is the largest local homeschool group in Arkansas.
HOMESCHOOL FRIENDS NETWORK (HSFN)
HSFN is a Christian-based network of cooperating homeschooling families in the greater Fort Smith River Valley area of western Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma. As a homeschool support group founded in 2004, our main purpose is to join together to provide activities for fun, friendship, and support in education, in a friendly, loving, and God-honoring manner, as we strive to educate and train our children.
